Scope the Project
We review the remodel plan, confirm which trades we're handling, and provide a free written estimate.
Wall & Ceiling Prep
Drywall is repaired or replaced as needed, with moisture-resistant board used in shower and wet-area zones.
Blocking & Rough-Ins
Blocking is added for vanities, grab bars, or fixtures before walls are closed up.
Tile Installation
Floor and shower tile is set, grouted, and sealed once substrates are ready.
Paint the Space
Walls, ceilings, and trim are painted with a finish suited to bathroom humidity.
Final Walkthrough
We review the finished space with you and coordinate any last touch-ups before the remodel wraps up.
Our Approach to Bathroom Remodels
Bathrooms deal with more moisture than any other room, so wall prep matters: moisture-resistant drywall and proper tile waterproofing in wet zones aren't optional steps for us.
We generally recommend a satin or semi-gloss paint finish for bathroom walls and ceilings, since it holds up better to humidity and is easier to wipe down than a flat finish.
This part of the remodel — drywall, paint, and tile — is our core trade, and we coordinate closely with whoever is handling plumbing, electrical, or fixtures so the schedule stays on track.
